Warehouse Employee at Apotea's New Logistics Center in Varberg!

We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of a strong team at Apotea's brand new, state-of-the-art, fully automated logistics center in Varberg!

About the Role

As a warehouse employee at Apotea, you will be an important part of an efficient logistics flow, from the moment goods arrive at the warehouse until they are shipped to our customers across the country. You will work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced yet sustainable environment.

Your tasks may include:

• Receiving and registering incoming deliveries

• Picking and packing customer orders with high precision

• Ensuring that deliveries are made according to Apotea's customer promise quickly, affordably, and with free shipping

• Working in our modern warehouse management systems Wamas and Lima

• Contributing to a smooth flow and improvements in daily operations

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, meticulous, and enjoys taking responsibility. You thrive in physical work, are used to being active throughout the day, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You have previous experience in warehousing and logistics and are looking for a challenge where you can influence and develop the operations.

We expect you to:

• Have previous experience in warehouse work or logistics.

• Be familiar with working in WMS systems.

• Have a technical interest and curiosity about systems and logistics flows.

• Be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Enjoy working in a fast pace without compromising on quality.

• Have an eye for detail

Experience in team leadership or supervisory responsibilities is a plus.

Job Details:

• Full-time: Day (Monday-Friday)

• Salary: Applied according to GFL (average earnings level) and salary scale.

• Start: Immediately

• Location: Apotea's logistics center, Varberg

• Employment: You will be employed by Kila People and work as a consultant on-site at Apotea.

• Other: Background checks will be conducted prior to employment
